Know someone buying or selling? Our owner or designated broker coordinates the referral. Have an agent in mind? We’ll consider your preference first.
The receiving agent serves the client. When the transaction closes and the agreed fee is received, your referral is paid according to your brokerage agreement.
A career that fits your life
A different season doesn’t have to mean giving up your hard-earned license or the relationships you’ve built.

A real estate license and REALTOR® membership are different. If you discontinue REALTOR® association membership, you cannot use the REALTOR® designation. Hey Agent’s referral-only model is designed to remove those association expenses.
Our owner or designated broker coordinates referrals. If you have a preferred agent, that’s our first consideration. If you don’t, we’ll help identify an agent in the client’s area and arrange the referral.

Idaho’s standard active renewal requirement is two Commission Core courses plus 12 elective hours; first-time active renewals have specific post-license requirements. REALTOR® ethics education is separate from the state’s Core requirement.
Hey Agent includes E&O coverage where required as part of annual fees and can help you find free education opportunities when available. Contact us to confirm current coverage and course options.
No. Hey Agent does not provide MLS or SUPRA eKEY access under its referral-only model. You also avoid the associated subscription fees.
Yes. Keep your license current with the Idaho Real Estate Commission on the applicable two-year renewal cycle, and meet active-license requirements. You remain responsible for your renewal and required education. Review Idaho’s licensing FAQs.
Contact us for current annual fees, what’s included, and how referral payments are distributed. We’ll help compare those costs with what you’re paying now so you can make an informed decision.
